Burnout Syndrome Recovery program
The Burnout Syndrome Recovery program is structured and should be followed for at least a week in order to see its results on your wellbeing. The program includes a special healthy gourmet menu, drinking plenty of mineral water, plus two wellness treatments per day and at least one physical activity per day.
On your first day into your Burnout Syndrome Recovery program our specialist will sit with you and do a review of your individual situation. Following that, they will prepare a special healthy gourmet menu for you to follow or, if you prefer, you can choose from the restaurant’s a la carte menu. The specialist will also set out your drinking mineral water program. Mineral water boosts your metabolism to get rid of toxins faster as it helps in the body’s digestion processes and aids detox. You will also get your daily treatments and physical activity program that will be tailored to your liking.
